Blackhawks winger Drake Caggiula hasn’t skated since he suffered a concussion Feb. 27 in Anaheim, head coach Jeremy Colliton said Monday.
Colliton added that Caggiula is doing some physical activity while in concussion protocol, according to Mark Lazerus of The Athletic. There’s no timetable for Caggiula’s return.
Caggiula was blindsided by Ducks forward Rickard Rakell in the opening minute of the second period Feb. 27 at the Honda Center in Anaheim. Caggiula went to retrieve a puck in the offensive zone when Rakell came up from behind and hit Caggiula in the back that made him go face-first into the glass.
