Chicago Blackhawks defenseman Connor Murphy and prospects Anthony Louis and Alex Vlasic will play in the Chicago Pro Hockey League this summer, the league announced Monday.
Four former Blackhawks will compete, including 2013 Stanley Cup champion Brandon Bollig (AHL Milwaukee), Brandon Pirri (Golden Knights/AHL Chicago) and Illinois natives Ryan Hartman (Flyers) and Vinnie Hinostroza (Coyotes).
Terry Broadhurst, who plays for Chicago’s AHL affiliate in Rockford, will also play.
Murphy will play in the pro division on the Jack Phelan Auto Group team with three NHL players in Devils defenseman Connor Carrick and Coyotes forwards Christian Dvorak and Christian Fischer and Olympic gold medalist Kendall Coyne.
