Two more Blackhawks players are Hockey Hall of Famers after Marian Hossa and Doug Wilson were both named to the 2020 class Wednesday afternoon. Team chairman Rocky Wirtz congratulated the duo with a letter:
“The Chicago Blackhawks organization and Wirtz family congratulate Marian Hossa and Doug Wilson on being elected into the Hockey Hall of Fame Class of 2020.
Over his 19-year career, Marian exemplified what it means to be a champion on and off the ice. From the moment Marian arrived in Chicago, his leadership, work ethic, determination and will to win had a positive impact on his teammates which ultimately led us to three Stanley Cup Championships.
