Shea Theodore scored the game-winner 1:19 into overtime for a 4-3 Golden Knights’ victory over the Blackhawks on Saturday night at the United Center in Chicago.
Blackhawks winger Patrick Kane scored his team-leading 25th goal of the season, and Alex DeBrincat scored his 22nd and 23rd scores this season. Rookie goaltender Collin Delia stopped 29 of 33 shots and has now lost four straight starts to fall to 3-1-3 since being called up from the AHL.
With the overtime loss, Chicago secured its first point in franchise history against Vegas.
