Blackhawks announce 2019-20 regular-season schedule

The Blackhawks will begin their quest to return to the playoffs after a two-year absence on the road against the Flyers on Oct. 4 in Prague, Czech Republic, to open their 2019-20 regular-season.

After their season opener, the Blackhawks travel back to the United States to face the Sharks on Oct. 10 in their home opener. Chicago is 5-2-1 in home openers this decade, including a 1-2-1 record in their last four.

The Blackhawks’ longest homestand of the season will be its first with seven straight games from Oct. 10-24. They’ll have 10 back-to-back sets, and their bye week comes at the end of January.
