The Chicago Blackhawks will play three playoff teams during its six-game 2016-17 preseason, the team announced Wednesday.
The Hawks will face the Eastern Conference champion Penguins, St. Louis Blues and Detroit Red Wings. They'll face each team at home and on the road with the first game against Pittsburgh on Sept. 28. The other games at the United Center will be Oct. 1 against the Blues and Oct. 4 against the Red Wings.
The Hawks travel to play the Penguins on Sept. 30, the Red Wings Oct. 2 and Blues on Oct.
