2019 World Championship: Blackhawks prospect Kevin Lankinen, Finland shut out France

Goalie prospect Kevin Lankinen made 21 saves against France for his first career shutout with Finland’s men’s national team. He’s 4-0 with a .957 save percentage in the tournament.

Defenseman Henri Jokiharju did not record a point for Finland.

Finland holds the top spot in Group A and has qualified for the quarterfinals along with Canada, Germany and the United States.
