2016 World Cup of Hockey: Blackhawks' Teuvo Teravainen named to Team Finland's initial roster

Chicago Blackhawks forward Teuvo Teravainen has been named to Team Finland's initial roster for the 2016 World Cup of Hockey, the Finish Ice Hockey Association announced Wednesday.

Teravainen, 21, has 10 goals and 16 assists in 60 games this season for Chicago. The 2012 first-round pick scored two goals and four points as a rookie in last season's Stanley Cup Final. The Helsinki, Finland native competed for Finland in the 2014 and 2015 World Junior Championships, winning gold in 2014.
