The NHL Central Scouting Service released its midseason draft rankings for the upcoming 2016 NHL Draft, which will be held in Buffalo, N.Y.
Auston Matthews tops the list for European skaters, followed by Jesse Puljujuravi and Patrik Laine. Forward Matthew Tkachuk and defenseman Jakob Chychrun top the list for North American skaters.
