Bears quarterback Mitch Trubisky is expected to practice in full Wednesday, and head coach Matt Nagy said he’s “cautiously optimistic” he will start Sunday against the Saints.
Trubisky dislocated his left shoulder after scrambling on the sixth play of the Vikings game. He traveled to London with the team but was inactive. He practiced Monday, though the team didn’t have to file an injury report until Wednesday.
Nagy said that backup Chase Daniel will take some snaps this week in practice, in case Trubisky can’t go. He sounded as if Trubisky was in line to start, though.
