WARE, England — A local reporter on Wednesday asked Bears players why European fans should adopt their team. A sampling of answers:
Receiver DJ Moore: “We’re the best team out there — one of the original teams, maybe the original team.”
Quarterback Caleb Williams: “The Bears have wonderful colors.”
General manager Ryan Poles: “You’ve got a talented roster that is going to be talented for a long period of time and as we continue to grow and start making deeper and deeper runs into the postseason, I think it’s going to be a team that everyone is going to follow.
