We all know that predicting the NFL draft is an inexact science, but ESPN’s Mel Kiper Jr. and Todd McShay independently feel Georgia outside linebacker Leonard Floyd is the correct pick for the Bears in round one.
In fact, Kiper told ESPN 1000’s “Waddle and Silvy Show” he envisions sticking with Floyd at No. 11 in his next mock draft.
“I’ll probably keep it there,” Kiper said. “There’s been talk of Leonard Floyd going one pick earlier to the New York Giants, so we’ll see how that all plays out. If he’s gone, maybe an offensive lineman, we’ll see what direction it goes in regarding this football team.
