Analysis. Look at those pre-Harbs stats. Terrible! (Smith's QB rating rook yr was 40!) His comp% jumped almost 10% in that 1st yr alone under competent tutelage. His QB rating more than doubled.
Now, that is quite a jump, but nevertheless, it illustrates what a diff coach can squeeze out of a "bust" or "meh" QB.
Alex Smith leveled off a bit in KC, but still posted solid numbers that reflect more what Dalton has done over all in that shit show which is the Bengals.
