First, I want to begin by apologizing to everyone who likes short pieces. We have plenty of those around here, but this isn’t one of them. I will try to use sidebars to capture key points, but this is going to be an information-dense article. It has to be, as I am navigating three years of leadership at a massive organization. As much as possible, I am going to try to analyze Ryan Pace’s moves without judgment. That is going to be difficult, as he has made a number of moves that the fan in me really dislikes and only a few moves that I have enjoyed.
