BOURBONNAIS, Ill. — Bears guard Kyle Long moved to Charlottesville, Va., at the age of five.
When he met with the media Sunday, he discussed his reaction to the white nationalist “Unite the Right” rally in hometown, which predictably turned violent and tragically led to the death of a 32-year-old woman. His older brother Chris Long, who went to the University of Virginia and currently plays for the Philadelphia Eagles, has been outspoken on social issues and has been active on Twitter about the national story.
