Todd McShay: Bears take Michigan State OT Jack Conklin in first round

After the Chicago Bears strengthened their front seven via free agency, ESPN NFL draft analyst Todd McShay now predicts general manager Ryan Pace pulls the trigger on another offensive upgrade at No. 11 overall.

In McShay’s 2016 NFL Mock Draft 4.0 released on Thursday, McShay projects that Michigan State offensive tackle Jack Conklin goes to the Bears in round one, followed by Chicago grabbing Virginia Tech cornerback Kendall Fuller in the second round at No. 41.

At 6-foot-6, 308 pounds, Conklin was a three-year starter at left tackle at Michigan State who decided to forgo his senior season.
