Tashaun Gipson knew what was coming Monday afternoon — the Bears were watching film of Saturday’s defensive debacle against the Bills.
“[It] is going to be one of those meetings you dread going into,” the safety said. “Because you have that real talk.”
The film will talk, all right. It will scream: touchdowns on the first four drives of the game and points on six of seven first-half possessions; backup quarterback Mitch Trubisky — remember him? — looking like Fran Tarkenton and going 20-for-28 for 221 yards and one touchdown; and enough missed tackles to give Bears coaches a week’s worth of practice pointers.
