Chicago Bears coach John Fox reportedly told the Chicago Tribune that TE Zach Miller is “going to cut it close” to be ready for the start of training camp. Miller has not been participating in minicamp this week and told reporters earlier this month that he is “close” to full health.
Miller’s overall PFF grade last year of 81.7 was the highest grade of his career, and ranked eighth out of 63 qualifying tight ends last season. His run blocking grade of 77.2 ranked fifth last season.
