Earlier today the NFL suspended Chicago Bears rookie offensive tackle Tayo Fabuluje four games for violating the NFL's policy on performance enhancing substances. Also suspended for 4 games was Bears practice squad wide receiver Jalen Saunders according to a report from NFL.com's Ian Rapoport.
Fabuluje sent this text to NBC's Peggy Kusinski explaining the situation, "Took a appetite suppressant back in training camp that ended up failing me on a test... Wasn't intentional just a unfortunate situation... "
Chicago also announced a couple of minor moves. First they promoted wide out Deonte Thompson from the practice squad to the active active roster, and to take his place on the practice squad, they signed offensive tackle Martin Wallace.
