The Chicago Bears have added running back Ryan Nall to their practice squad, Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune reported.
Nall, an undrafted free agent out of Oregon State, was a fan favorite throughout much of training camp and the preseason. He led the team with 223 rushing yards through five preseason games, a total which finished second in the league. He ended the preseason with seven yards per carry, an average that was the fourth-highest among players with at least 15 rushing attempts.
Nall saw some time as a fullback in the preseason, but the bulk of his snaps came at the running back position.
