The Chicago Bears’ rookie development program kicks off on Friday and there are plenty of story lines to watch concerning the Bears’ 2017 Draft class.
For example, No. 2 overall pick Mitchell Trubisky will begin getting acclimated to what will become familiar surroundings at Halas Hall. The developmental track for the former one-year college starter officially kicks off as he starts to take snaps from under center and digest a multi-layered playbook.
Also, new tight end Adam Shaheen and all of his 6-foot-6, 278 pound frame, will try to show off his physical ability against NFL-level competition after dominating at the Division II level.
