The Bears confirmed Tuesday that linebacker Robert Quinn has been added to the Reserve-COVID-19 List.
Quinn has had an exciting start to his 2021 season. His 5.5 sacks are second on the team only to Khalil Mack’s 6.0, and the two have formed a fearsome duo collapsing pockets for opposing quarterbacks. Quinn is a former 1st-round pick who has 2 Pro Bowls on his résumé and has a chance to make his third this season.
In the same announcement, the Bears confirmed they’ve placed safety Deon Bush on short-term injured reserve. Bush saw action on 2 snaps last Sunday against the Packers, logging a tackle on special teams, but came out with a quad injury and was then considered doubtful to return.
