Robbie Gould wins Ed Block Courage Award

Veteran kicker Robbie Gould will be honored as the Chicago Bears' Ed Block Courage Award recipient at a luncheon on Tuesday at Maryville Academy in Des Plaines, Illinois.

The Ed Block Courage Award honors NFL players on all 32 teams who symbolize professionalism, great strength, dedication, sportsmanship and courage. The Ed Block Courage Award foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of abused, neglected and at-risk children and ending the cycle of abuse.

The longest tenured player on the Bears roster, Gould scored 127 points in 2015, connecting on 33-of-39 field goal and 28-of-29 PAT attempts.
