Rest easy Bears fans: At least Mitchell Trubisky got better Sunday

CHICAGO -- Lost in Sunday's wreckage was Chicago Bears quarterback Mitchell Trubisky's slightly better than average performance in just his fifth career start.

Aside from Trubisky having his best statistical game (21-of-35 for 297 yards and one touchdown) of 2017, the rookie had a noticeable command of the offense -- when he wasn't on his back after being sacked (five times) by the Green Bay Packers defense.

One of the greatest concerns about Trubisky was his 47.5 completion percentage at the bye week. Wasn't Trubisky lauded for his accuracy in college?
