The Bears have cut veteran cornerback Tim Jennings, according to a report from ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Jennings has been a mainstay on the defensive side of the ball, starting 74 games for the Bears in the past five seasons.
In his Bears career, Jennings recorded 251 tackles and hauled in 16 interceptions. His nine interceptions were the most in the NFL in 2012, and he also led the league with two interceptions returned for touchdowns in 2013.
