Per Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune, the Bears are set to lose their defensive lineman coach Jay Rodgers to the Los Angeles Chargers.

His new role has not been confirmed yet. In all likelihood, he will be the Chargers’ new Defensive Coordinator.
