The offensive team meetings for the Bears just got interesting.
According to SI's Thayer Evans, the Bears will hire Ben McDaniels — the younger brother of New England Patriots offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach Josh McDaniels — to their offensive coaching staff.
Ironically, Josh McDaniels' tenure as head coach of the Denver Broncos got off to a controversial start in 2009 when he berated then Broncos quarterback Jay Cutler.
Shortly after Josh McDaniels moved into his office at Dove Valley, he called in Cutler and his agent, Bus Cook, for a closed-door meeting.
