Williams has the second-worst passer rating of any NFL starter (53) — now that Bryce Young has been benched — and probably the second-most bruises after the Texans pummeled him for seven sacks Sunday night. Williams went 23-for-37 for just 174 yards and two picks but took maybe a half-step forward after his season-opening dud.
