The Bears have been as active with household names as any team in the NFL. The team got rid of Jaye Howard, and Tanner Gentry, two players expected to make the 53-man roster. They also place Lamarr Houston on the IR in a surprising move. Even more surprising than that is that the team is going to take outside linebacker Pernell McPhee off of the PUP, placing him on the active roster.
I am told #Bears are taking Pernell McPhee OFF of the physically unable to perform list and he will be on the 53-man roster to open season.
