Zay Jones showed the ability to separate from defensive backs throughout Senior Bowl week. But there was one person the East Carolina receiver never strayed too far away from in Mobile.
Jones shadowed Bears receivers coach Curtis Johnson, who along with John Fox and the rest of his staff coached the North team in Senior Bowl practices and the game itself.
"It was great," Jones said. "[Johnson] is a funny guy. When it's football time, it's football time. But when it's away from football, he's fun, he's energetic, a great vibe, positive man, a man of God, a lot of faith.
