There are so many flashy playmakers in the upcoming NFL Draft to distract the Bears, and while it’d be nice to add some explosive talent, they need to get back to the basics.
Going into last season, the Bears had a group of skill players that many around the league envied, but that didn’t do much for them with a shaky offensive line. General manager Ryan Poles must focus on building that unit, which arguably needs four new starters, and he can secure a fixture on the line with the No. 10 pick.
Poles probably will have his choice of Texas standout Kelvin Banks and Ohio State star Josh Simmons.
