Will Montgomery is much more than a center for the Bears. Having played for the Denver Broncos last season, the 6-3, 304-pounder is also an extension of the new coaching staff.
Montgomery's head coach (John Fox), offensive coordinator (Adam Gase) and offensive line coach (Dave Magazu) in Denver all joined him in making the jump from the Broncos to the Bears this season.
