Earlier this morning Chicago Bears head coach Matt Nagy was a guest on Chicago’s 670 The Score with Mike Mulligan and David Haugh, and he discussed several topics about his team.
There was plenty on Justin Fields and how ready he’ll be to play in Chicago’s preseason opener this Saturday and if he could win the QB1 job (around the 04:20 mark), he discussed the back injury of his rookie tackle Teven Jenkins (07:15), the surprising play from newcomer Alec Ogletree (12:45), and so much more.
While we’re all expecting Fields to start sooner rather than later, and the Ogletree story has been fun to hear about, the topic on most fan’s minds these days is Jenkins.
