LAKE FOREST, Ill. -- Chicago Bears wide receiver Kevin White plans to be at full strength for the offseason program in April, but the 2015 first-round pick has yet to run since undergoing surgery in October to repair of fractured fibula in his left leg.
White played in just four regular season games in 2016 after missing his entire rookie year because of a stress fracture in his left shin. At the time of the second injury, White had 19 receptions for 187 yards.
“It’s frustrating. Didn’t think I would be out this year, obviously," White said on Monday.
