The Chicago Bears limped to a 3-13 season in 2016 following a 6-10 2015, so when NFL.com’s Elliot Harrison ranks Fox as the 12th highest ranked coach in the NFL it should surprise nobody that eyebrows in Chicago rise.
Here’s what Harrison says about Fox: “While the last couple of years have not been kind to Fox, it would be awfully difficult to rate him lower at this point. Fox has coached two vastly different football teams in the Super Bowl -- the quarterback-centric 2013 Broncos and the run-first, play-defense 2003 Panthers.
