The Barefoot QB strikes again.
Former Bears quarterback Jim McMahon continued his tradition of playing celebrity golf tournaments while barefoot. He drained his final putt at the American Century Championship last weekend sans footwear. McMahon has played in the event every year since its creation 31 years ago.
During an interview on the Subpar podcast with Colt Knost and Drew Stoltz, McMahon told the story of drinking 11 Bloody Marys while shooting a round of 72 and “jet puking” while waiting for playing partner Vinny Del Negro to tee off.
