Last week, former Chicago Bears’ quarterback, Jay Cutler, was in the news, when he revealed that he was was hanging them up for a job with FOX Sports. He didn’t necessarily announce his retirement, leaving the door slightly ajar for a possible comeback.
There are still a couple teams that are unsettled at the quarterback position, plus a training camp injury could make the 11 year veteran a hot commodity, but there’s at least one team that Cutler would not play for.
Earlier today on FOX Sports 1’s The Herd, Cutler was asked if the Green Bay Packers called, because of an injury to quarterback Aaron Rodgers, would he consider stepping down from the booth to sign with Chicago’s rival to the North?
