Bears starting quarterback Jay Cutler hosted a four-hour youth football camp at the Pope John Paul II High School in Hendersonville, TN on Saturday. The former Vanderbilt star and his special guest instructors worked with children ages 7-15 and participated in several football activities, including passing drills, flag football, 40-yard dash and more.
A silent auction was held to support the Jay Cutler Foundation, founded in 2009 after Cutler was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at the age of 24. The mission of Cutler’s foundation is to help children with diabetes learn how they can overcome the challenges of the disease.
