Hroniss Grasu: The Future Is Now

Sunday the Bears’ earned their first victory of 2015 … but like the rest of John Fox’s first season in Chicago, it wasn’t without injury. In the first half of the game, second year linemen Charles Leno JR got the start in place of (the often injured) Jermon Bushrod at left tackle. On an assigned chop block, Leno went at the legs of Raiders linebacker Aldon Smith and speared the left leg of veteran center and 2015 free agent addition Will Montgomery, breaking his fibula. The Bears moved left guard Matt Slauson to center and replaced him with the recently added Patrick Omameh.
