Walter Payton had one 100-yard playoff performance, rushing for 104 yards on 24 carries in a 23-19 upset road win over the Washington Redskins in the 1984 divisional round that remains one of my favorite games in Bears history. Sweetness also tossed a 19-yard touchdown pass on a halfback option to tight end Pat Dunsmore to help the Bears stun the defending Super Bowl champions.
