GLENDALE, Ariz. — The Cardinals are up 21-9 on the Bears at halftime, and quarterback Caleb Williams and the offense have gained little traction so far.

The Bears drove to the Cardinals’ 35-yard line for a field goal with 26 seconds left before halftime and will get the ball to begin the third quarter.

After that field goal, however, the defense melted down and allowed a 53-yard touchdown run by Cardinals Emari Demercado with four seconds remaining.

Williams has completed 11 of 24 passes for 137 yards for a 64.
