As the cliche goes, football is a game of inches. New Bears running back Tarik ‘Big Daddy’ Cohen knows that the 66 inches that measure his height, don’t account for his heart and drive to succeed at the next level. Given his size and the profession he’s chosen to try and make a living from, he’s dealt with doubters at every step of his journey.
“At this level, somebody’s faced doubt everywhere they’ve been,” Cohen said.
Cohen, a diminutive 5-foot-6, 179-pound running back from North Carolina A&T completely dominated FCS competition. His list of accolades eclipse the jersey number he wears for the Bears by one (30).
