When new Bears receiver Eddie Royal arrived at Halas Hall Monday for the start of the team’s voluntary offseason program, he felt like he was surrounded by history.
“It’s awesome,” said Royal, who signed with the Bears March 11 after spending his first seven NFL seasons with the Broncos (2008-11) and Chargers (2012-14).
