BOURBONNAIS, Ill. -- The Chicago Bears' faith in veteran defensive lineman Jeremiah Ratliff comes with a disclaimer.

Ratliff, who turns 34-years old in August, has not played in 16 games since 2011 with the Dallas Cowboys.
