The first major decisions of the draft for the Chicago Bears and Ryan Poles were made long ago. Trading away the number one overall pick with the Carolina Panthers will give Poles and the Bears the draft capital necessary to complete the rebuild Poles likely pitched to George McCaskey to earn the job.
