The Senior Bowl is all about creating buzz for yourself and D.J. Chark did just that with his performance in the Senior Bowl on Saturday. Chark caught five passes for 160 yards and a touchdown in the win. That includes deep passes of 63 and 75 yards. He was dominating the day.
It earned him a co-MVP honor with Richmond quarterback Kyle Lauletta. With the Bears lack of interest in a quarterback, Chark has to be the main stand out. We profiled him, and he is player similar to Robby Anderson. If he is a better, younger and cheaper version than Markus Wheaton it is a good deal.
