Determining leadership on the ’15 Bears isn’t all that complicated

BOURBONNAIS, Ill. – The topic of leadership within the Bears is an interesting one. Who will emerge as leaders has been an annual subject of interest pretty much since Brian Urlacher left.

It’s not that complicated. It really isn’t. And too many people are missing the obvious main point.

One conversation around this issue noted that the Bears for so long had Urlacher, Olin Kreutz and Charles Tillman as leaders through a generally successful decade, and who now was going to replace them as leaders.
