SAN DIEGO -- Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler broke the franchise record for touchdown passes when he found Martellus Bennett for a 1-yard score at San Diego.
Cutler had been tied with Hall of Famer Sid Luckman with 137 with the Bears. Cutler began his career with the Broncos and has 192 touchdown passes for his career.
The record-setting pass came at the end of a seven-play, 80-yard drive in the second quarter and pulled the Bears to 13-7 on Monday night.
