The late season injury of Trey Burton that put him out of the Chicago Bears playoff game seemingly came out of nowhere. However, the issue led to offseason surgery that sidelined Burton for most of the offseason.
Matt Nagy has been extremely optmistic about the timetable, and considering he was resting all of his players, Burton missing most of training camp was not a stunner.
However, in the first day that the Chicago Bears practiced as a 53-man roster, Burton was on the sideline working individually while the rest of the group got work.
