The Bears on Friday hired Joe Douglas as director of college scouting, Anthony “Champ” Kelly as director of pro scouting and Christopher Prescott as an area scout.
Douglas arrives after spending 15 years with the Baltimore Ravens, where he served as a player personnel assistant (2000-03), area scout (2003-12) and national scout (2012-15).

Douglas played a key role in scouting and evaluating Super Bowl-winning quarterback Joe Flacco, the Ravens’ first-round pick in 2008.
